The central philosophy of our cultural and interpersonal communication training is that:
• Effective cultural and interpersonal communication skills are crucial for harmonious working relations between employees and the running of a successful institution

Our Pedagogical Approach
CCC focuses on the presentation, discussion and implementation of skills and techniques that are readily applicable in the workplace. We involve participants in the training process with simulations, group discussions, highly participatory exercises and case studies that mirror their professional and social experiences.
We have developed the “Cultural Software Assessment®’ and the “Sensory Pattern of Perception®” questionnaire which are simple yet highly sophisticated self-awareness and career advancement tools. They are a crucial support for managers and HR leaders who seek to harmonize working relations and increase team productivity within their organization.
The ‘Cultural Software Assessment®’ explores the impact cultural identity has on interpersonal communication.
The ‘Sensory Pattern of Perception®’ questionnaire identifies participants’ sensory approach to reality and their preferred style of communication.
Our language acquisition programs use the multi-sensory ‘Cultural Link to Language Learning Method®’. This method actively involves participants and allows them to master conversation in a foreign language two to three times faster than with traditional methods.
Our Training Methodology
CCC’s training methodology is based on an integrated approach. This means that we work in close contact with the company’s representative and the prospective program participants.
- During the initial customization stage:
- We identify the company’s specific needs and requirements by submitting a questionnaire to their representative
- The prospective participants fill out a pre-program questionnaire
- Subsequently, we review the questionnaires and tailor the program to the company’s requirements and the specific needs of the participants
- Throughout the seminar or workshop we monitor the participants’ responses by way of simulations, group discussions and case studies.
- At the end of the training program each participant completes an anonymous program feedback questionnaire.
- After reviewing the participants’ feedback, our trainer will personally meet with the company’s representative to advise him/her of the findings and possible suggestions.
- Upon conclusion of the training our trainer remains at the disposal of the organization for follow-up consultations and trouble-shooting.
